Southern Utah’s specialty running store since 2006, on Red Cliffs Drive. It organizes the St. George Running Club — track, tempo, and long-run workouts plus a monthly group trail run — and posts routes for every pace on Strava and Instagram. You don’t need a membership to join the group runs.
A five-mile session: one-mile warm-up, a roughly four-mile tempo at 10–20 seconds faster than goal half-marathon pace, then a cool-down. Optional warm-up jog from 5:45. Everyone’s welcome — no club membership needed.
