Terms of Use
Last updated June 2026
These terms govern your use of The Outdoor Dispatch (operated by Epiqara LLC). By using the site you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What we provide
The Outdoor Dispatch is a free, informational directory of outdoor groups, clubs, and meetups run by independent third parties. We are not affiliated with and do not organize, control, or endorse the groups, organizers, or events we list.
Accuracy & confirming details
Listings are community-sourced and compiled from public information. They may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — schedules, meeting places, costs, and whether a group is still active all change. Always confirm the details directly with the organizer before you show up.
Outdoor activities & your safety
Outdoor and physical activities carry inherent risks. You take part in any listed activity at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, fitness, equipment, and decisions, and for following each organizer’s rules and all applicable laws.
Acceptable use
Use the site for personal, lawful purposes. Please don’t attempt to disrupt or overload it, scrape it abusively, or use it to break the law.
Intellectual property
The design, organization, and compilation of The Outdoor Dispatch are owned by Epiqara LLC. Group, organizer, and place names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Third-party links
The site links to organizers’ own pages and other third-party sites, which we don’t control and aren’t responsible for.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The site and its listings are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epiqara LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or your participation in any listed activity.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms as the site evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
