A hands-on stewardship morning caring for native plantings in the Red Cliffs NCA — a chance to get out on the land and give back. Held on Saturdays at 7am (recent dates include late June and late July). CSU also partners on free educational hikes through the year.
An approachable, sociable Meetup group with well over a thousand members — easy-paced hikes on the red-rock foothills and desert trails for exercise and conversation. Dates, trailheads, and times are posted on Meetup. Note: the organizers run these as not dog-friendly.
